Blake is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  Blake is upfront and a straight shooter.  He works for YOU and will do everything you ask of him.  Being in business myself I value communication and honest feedback and Blake is great at both.  Blake worked tirelessly on my deal from the day I signed with him making sure my house was in great condition for showings, showing my house 2-4 days a week per my request, and continuing to monitor the situation all the way up to the close of escrow.  What started out as a business relationship has developed itself into a lifelong friendship.  This listing had many hiccups and speed bumps mainly due to the complexity of the situation on both sides.  Blake never wavered in his commitment and assured me every day that the deal would get done.  One might not realize how important having a great agent is until it hits the wall 1, 2, or several times.  Blake has a entire team that consist of the best processor, escrow, and title.
